Catholic Psyche Podcast’s Group Chat: An Honest Look at Depression
Hosts: Deacon Basil Ryan Balke, Chris Wojdak, Sara Stacey

This Podcast is not intended to be or to replace medical advice or professional counseling or therapy.

The group discusses depression and how it can manifest in individuals lives. This includes Cognitive, Neurological, Spiritual, and Existential reasons. As well as a general conversation about the diagnostic criteria for Major Depressive Disorder. It should be noted that an individual without significant mental health expertise, clinical training, and State Licensure is able to diagnose, and no one is able to self-diagnose. If you feel like you might be suffering from depression, please seek help from a trained and licensed mental health or medical professional.
